We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Entry Level Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview: The Entry Level Sales Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing expert assistance in automotive sales, key cutting, and key programming. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge, sales acumen, and excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to helping customers find the best solutions for their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs and requirements
• Provide detailed information about our automotive services and products
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication

Sales:

• Assist customers in selecting the right automotive products and services
• Promote and upsell additional services and products that meet customer needs
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

Key Cutting and Programming:

• Perform precise key cutting for a variety of automotive makes and models
• Program keys and key fobs using specialized equipment and software
• Stay updated on the latest key cutting and programming technologies and techniques
• Ensure the accuracy and functionality of all keys and key fobs produced

Technical Support:

• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for key-related issues
• Educate customers on the proper use and maintenance of their automotive keys
• Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex key programming challenges

Inventory Management:

• Monitor inventory levels of key blanks, key fobs, and related supplies
• Place orders and restock items as necessary to ensure availability
• Maintain an organized and efficient workspace

Administrative Tasks:

• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Follow company policies and procedures in all customer interactions and transactions
• Participate in training sessions and stay informed about new products

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $22.50 per hour
