Are you outgoing, energetic, and comfortable talking to new people?
Do you enjoy meeting people, working toward goals, and being part of a team? Vantage Elite is hiring Entry-Level Sales Representatives to represent nationally recognized nonprofit organizations and national commercial brands through face-to-face community outreach.

No sales experience is required. This is a full-time W-2 position with paid training, hands-on coaching, and opportunities for advancement.

What You'll Do

• Represent nationally recognized nonprofit organizations and national commercial brands through face-to-face community outreach.
• Work in approved retail, event, and community locations where you engage with members of the public face-to-face.
• Start conversations with new people and build positive relationships.
• Educate potential supporters and customers about our clients' missions, programs, products, and services.
• Present offers and generate new customers and supporters.
• Work toward individual and team performance goals.
• Participate in daily training, coaching, and professional development.
• Represent Vantage Elite and our clients in a professional and positive manner.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation to and from assigned work locations.
• Comfortable working in person and interacting with the public.
• Willingness to participate in training and professional development.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods when required.
