Entry Level Sales Representative

Venture Coast Marketing is expanding our Jacksonville team. We are looking for energetic, motivated individuals who enjoy working with people and want to develop their skills in sales, customer service, and leadership.

What You'll Do

• Engage with customers face-to-face and provide professional customer service.
• Learn and represent our client's products, services, and current promotions.
• Answer customer questions and recommend solutions based on their needs.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals while tracking performance.
• Participate in ongoing sales, communication, and leadership development.

Pay & Earning Potential

Compensation is guaranteed base with bonuses and incentives paid weekly. This is a performance-driven sales role with commission-based earning potential. Individual earnings vary based on sales performance and are not guaranteed.

Training & Advancement

No previous sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training in customer service, sales, product knowledge, communication, and leadership.

Venture Coast Marketing uses a performance-based advancement structure, giving team members opportunities to take on additional responsibility and leadership as they demonstrate results and develop their skills.

This is an in-person position in Jacksonville, Florida.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
