Entry Level Sales Representative

Titan Strategy Group is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our Akron team. We’re looking for someone who enjoys meeting new people, learns quickly, and wants a position where their effort and performance can directly impact their growth and earning potential.

You don’t need a background in sales to be considered. New team members receive paid, hands-on training covering customer communication, product knowledge, sales fundamentals, and the day-to-day responsibilities of the position.

In this role, you’ll spend your day interacting directly with customers in person. You’ll learn how to start conversations, identify customer needs, explain the products and services you represent, and guide customers through the sales process.

A typical day may include:

• Meeting and speaking with prospective customers in person
• Learning customer needs through conversation and questions
• Providing accurate information about available products and services
• Assisting customers throughout the sales process
• Following up and maintaining a positive customer experience
• Participating in team training and development
• Tracking individual results and working toward performance goals

Training & Compensation

We provide paid training when you start, so previous sales experience is not required. Training continues as you develop, with additional opportunities to take on more responsibility based on performance.

This position offers weekly pay with a base plus uncapped commission, giving you the opportunity to increase your earnings as your skills and results improve.

Pay: $830.00 - $1,140.00 per week
