Entry Level Sales Representative

Role Overview Seeking a high-performing B2B Sales Representative to drive new business growth within a defined territory. The role involves prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing complex contracts to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads via cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits
• Conduct on-site assessments and presentations for uniform rental, facility services, and related programs
• Develop tailored proposals and secure multi-year service agreements
• Maintain accurate client information and activity in CRM
• Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collaborate with service and operations teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding

Qualifications & Skills

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in uniform rental, industrial supply, or related fields
• Proven success in exceeding sales targets and managing full sales cycles
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, receptive to coaching and feedback
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record
