Entry-Level Sales Representative

As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you’ll be trained to work directly with individuals and families, helping them make smart financial decisions while building your own professional skill set. You’ll be supported by a leadership team that is hands-on and invested in your development.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with clients face to face to review their current coverage and needs
• Work with existing accounts while learning how to generate new business
• Learn how to confidently present solutions and communicate value
• Complete applications and documentation accurately
• Follow up with clients and prospects to build long-term relationships
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings
• Develop professional skills in communication, time management, and leadership

Pay: $52,086.88 - $90,568.00 per year
