Entry Level Sales Representative

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys communicating with people, building relationships, and learning new skills in a professional environment.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide training and guidance to help you understand our products and services, develop effective sales techniques, and build confidence in your role.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs.
• Present company products and services in a clear and professional manner.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Follow up with potential customers and assist with sales inquiries.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable learning new systems, products, and sales processes.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required.

Pay: $50,800.00 - $61,300.00 per year
