Entry Level Sales Representative Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in person to introduce affordable wireless plans and services.
• Learn about customer needs and recommend suitable mobile service options.
• Explain plan features, data options, and pricing in clear, easy-to-understand language.
• Answer questions and help customers understand available services and enrollment steps.
• Assist customers with enrollment, account information, and basic smartphone setup when needed.
• Build positive customer relationships through helpful, professional communication.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity.
• Collaborate with teammates to support daily sales goals and a positive customer experience.

Entry Level Sales Representative Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with new people and engaging with customers face-to-face.
• Interest in sales, wireless technology, and customer service.
