Big Step Promotions is hiring motivated, outgoing individuals for an entry-level Sales & Marketing role in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. We partner with globally recognized nonprofits to help grow their impact and spread awareness through face-to-face organized events! We are looking for ambitious, energetic individuals ready to start a career in Sales & Marketing—no experience required — paid training provided.

What You’ll Do

• Represent nonprofit campaigns at local organized events & retail locations
• Connect with people in the community and build communication skills
• Drive awareness and support for truly meaningful causes
