Role Summary

As a Sales Representative, you will be the front line of our company, engaging directly with homeowners in prospective neighborhoods to offer complimentary roof and exterior inspections. You will guide clients through storm damage assessments, assist with insurance claims processing, and close retail exterior replacement contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with homeowners through door-to-door canvassing to build rapport and schedule free exterior inspections.
• Conduct property assessments to identify storm damage (wind/hail) or wear and document evidence for homeowners and insurance adjusters.
• Assist policyholders in filing insurance claims and secure signed contingency agreements.
• Attend Adjuster Appointments (AAs) alongside insurance representatives to ensure comprehensive coverage scopes for clients.
• Present 3-tier product solutions (Good / Better / Best roofing systems) for retail buyers.
• Utilize company technology tools daily, including Lead Scout for territory mapping and Pipedrive for pipeline and deal tracking.
• Maintain active client communication throughout the build process to collect payments and build strong referral networks.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Prior door-to-door (D2D) sales experience is required. Experience in exterior home improvement or insurance restoration sales is a major plus.
• Mindset: A growth mindset ("open to everything, closed to nothing") with high personal standards and a strong drive to excel.
• Communication: Clear, customer-centric verbal communication with strong objection-handling abilities.
• Professionalism: Ability to represent company standards ethically with complete integrity.
• Requirements: Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and physical capability to conduct exterior/roof inspections when required.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
