Entry Level Sales Representative (Spanish Needed)

Whether you've worked in retail, restaurants, hospitality, customer service, or another people-focused role, this is a great opportunity to build your communication and sales skills while representing AT&T. We’re looking for an outgoing, motivated individual who enjoys talking with people, learning new skills, and creating a positive customer experience.

As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you’ll work directly with customers to understand their needs and help them find the right AT&T products and services. You’ll learn how to confidently explain service options, answer questions, assist with account setup and enrollment, and provide support throughout the customer experience. Spanish-speaking candidates are especially encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do:

• Represent AT&T in a professional, customer-focused environment
• Connect with customers and learn about their needs
• Explain AT&T wireless, internet, and service options
• Assist customers with account setup, enrollment, and service questions
• Build strong communication and customer service skills
• Work alongside a supportive team and participate in ongoing training
• Learn the fundamentals of sales, customer engagement, and account management

What We’re Looking For:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive, outgoing attitude
• Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face
• Motivated to learn and grow
• Previous sales, retail, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

No prior sales experience is required — we provide hands-on training and support to help you succeed.

Pay: $52,553.34 - $63,290.05 per year
