Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Team Member

• Connect with prospective customers in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner.
• Educate customers on Kinetic Fiber products, service plans, and current promotional offers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend internet solutions that best fit their household or business.
• Answer questions clearly while providing accurate product and service information.
• Guide customers through the enrollment process while ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and company initiatives through ongoing training.
• Consistently meet individual performance goals while contributing to overall team success.
• Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication, integrity, and follow-up.
• Accurately complete enrollment documentation and maintain attention to detail throughout the sales process.
