Position Overview

As an Entry-Level Sales Trainee, you’ll work directly with customers in a face-to-face, retail-based environment. You’ll learn the fundamentals of sales, marketing, and customer relations while gaining leadership skills that prepare you for future growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in person to promote and explain products and services
• Deliver an excellent customer experience and respond to product inquiries
• Participate in structured training covering sales, marketing, and leadership development
• Collaborate with your team to achieve and exceed sales goals
• Represent client brands with professionalism and integrity
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is a plus (not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
