IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

• Through our one-on-one training program, you will learn recruiting basics and implement strategies to identify and engage top talent.
• Gain hands-on experience in candidate screening, interviewing, and building strong relationships with candidates.
• Partner closely with experienced Recruiters and Account Managers to learn the intricacies of the staffing industry.

THE IDEAL SOURCER/RECRUITER WILL BE:

• Coachable, energetic, and hungry to succeed.
• Competitive and money-motivated
• Comfortable making outbound calls, speaking, and establishing relationships.
• Comfortable multitasking with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

• Earn a competitive base salary with uncapped commissions. Performers can expect to achieve a six-figure income within a couple of years.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Passion and desire to succeed in sales.
• 0-2 years of experience in a sales-related position is preferred.
• Business, Sales, or Marketing degree preferred but not required.
