Entry Level Scheduling Coordinator – Englewood

We're looking for motivated and personable individuals to join our Englewood team as Scheduling Coordinators.

Compensation: $65,000–$85,000 per year

This is an entry-level, client-facing opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with people, staying organized, and helping create a smooth experience from the first conversation through the next steps.

Training provided, when applicable.

What You'll Do

• Connect with individuals interested in health coverage
• Coordinate appointments and scheduling needs
• Answer questions and provide clear next steps
• Confirm appointments and manage follow-up communication
• Maintain accurate client information and scheduling records
• Work with the team to keep the client process organized and efficient

• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone
• Motivated, coachable, and willing to learn

Previous scheduling, customer service, administrative, or client-facing experience is helpful, but not required.
