What You'll Do

As a Field Technician, you will work alongside experienced technicians performing:

• Chimney sweeping and maintenance
• Fireplace and chimney inspections
• Wood, gas, pellet, and electric appliance servicing
• Installation assistance for stoves, inserts, and fireplaces
• Chimney repairs and maintenance
• Customer education and recommendations
• Documentation of inspections and findings using company software
• Vehicle and equipment preparation and maintenance

What We're Looking For

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work safely on ladders and roofs
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Dependable and punctual
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
