Entry Level Talent for LPS (Master)

Develops product/ process to meet established requirements and maintains oversight and quality of existing packages. Develops recommendations according to the nature of the product, cost limitations, legal requirements, and the type of protection required, taking into consideration the need for resistance to external variables. Responsibilities may include documentation management and an understanding of good manufacturing practices (GMPs). Uses appropriate tools and performs integrity analysis of packaging.

Responsibilities

• To participate in cross-functional team to achieve project goals by providing technical support
• Provide design risk assessments and mitigation plans
• Provide the best design option for performance optimization including but not limited to process/platform, BOM (lead frame design, epoxy ,wire and compound) and Cost.
• Develop package roadmaps based on product marketing requirements and technical strategy.
• Design related document maintainance such as DFMEA, Design rule, new product development procedure.
• Prepare design related drawing such as lead frame, tooling.
• Prepare BOM related document.
• Other work tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications Master's degree or above in Mechatronic Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related field.

Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of conducting professional discussions in an international working environment.
