Entry Level Team Member

Elevare Management is seeking a motivated Entry Level Team Member to represent AT&T Fiber and connect customers with reliable, high-speed internet solutions. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and developing valuable sales and customer service skills.

As an Entry Level Team Member, you’ll engage directly with customers, learn about their needs, present AT&T Fiber solutions, and guide them through the enrollment process. No previous sales experience is required—we provide hands-on training, coaching, and ongoing support to help you build confidence and succeed.

Entry Level Team Member Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers to understand their internet needs and introduce AT&T Fiber solutions.
• Create positive customer interactions while identifying opportunities for new service and upgrades.
• Present AT&T Fiber products, features, and benefits in a clear and engaging way.
• Recommend solutions based on each customer’s needs, preferences, and budget.
• Guide customers through the enrollment and account setup process with accuracy and professionalism.
• Follow up with prospective customers, answer questions, and provide helpful product information.
• Stay current on AT&T Fiber services, promotions, and available solutions.
• Track customer interactions and maintain organized sales and enrollment records.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve individual and campaign sales goals.

Entry Level Team Member Qualifications

• Interest in sales, customer service, telecommunications, or business development.
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers and learning new products and services.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple customer interactions.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn, accept coaching, and develop professionally.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $900.00 - $1,500.00 per week
