Entry Level Team Member

Elera Strategic Partners is hiring an Entry Level Team Member in Seattle, WA or an assigned neighboring area. This entry level, face-to-face, sales opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and developing sales skills. As an Entry Level Team Member, you’ll directly connect with customers, understand their needs, and provide reliable support. Training is provided to help you build confidence in customer service, account management, and sales.

Responsibilities of the Entry Level Team Member

• Meet customers and identify their connectivity needs
• Provide account support and answer questions
• Generate new sales through relevant AT&T solutions
• Follow up with customers and provide ongoing support
• Identify sales opportunities during customer conversations
• Work with the team to reach sales goals

Qualifications of the Entry Level Team Member

• Strong communication and people skills
• Interest in sales, customer service, or telecommunications
• Comfortable speaking with customers in person
• Motivated and willing to learn
• Able to provide professional support while pursuing sales goals

As an Entry Level Team Member, you’ll gain hands-on sales experience while managing customer relationships and providing support. Training and coaching will help you develop your skills and work toward stronger sales result

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
