Entry Level Team Member

Pulsepoint Incorporated is growing its Spokane team and looking for a motivated, people-driven Entry Level Team Member to join us. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you'll work directly alongside senior managers, develop real account management skills, and build a foundation for long-term career growth. Full training provided — no prior experience required.

What You'll Do As an Entry-Level Team Member:

• Support senior account managers with client communications, follow-ups, and in-person sales meetings
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by identifying needs and presenting tailored solutions
• Execute in-person sales and marketing strategies that drive measurable customer engagement and growth
• Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to communicate confidently during client interactions
• Shadow experienced managers in client meetings to observe real-world account management and sales conversations firsthand

What We're Looking For In Our Next Entry-Level Team Member:

• Self-motivated and proactive — you take initiative without waiting to be asked
• Strong communicator who builds trust quickly and listens as well as they speak
• Collaborative team player who genuinely wants to see their colleagues and clients succeed
• Prior experience in customer service, retail, sales, healthcare, military service or any related people-facing role is a plus — not required
• Basic computer proficiency for navigating client and account management systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $900.00 - $1,500.00 per week
