Entry Level Team Member

We are looking for a motivated Entry Level Team Member to join our growing team and work with leading wireless clients in the Minneapolis area. This is an entry-level sales and customer service opportunity designed for individuals who are eager to learn, build professional skills, and grow their careers.

As an Entry Level Team Member, you’ll work directly with customers, helping them with wireless products, services, and account options. No prior sales experience is required, we provide hands-on training and mentorship to build your skills in sales, customer service, marketing, and communication. You’ll work with experienced Entry Level Team Members to build customer relationships, support wireless accounts, and reach daily goals, with opportunities to grow into management and leadership roles.

Responsibilities of an Entry Level Team Member:

• Engage directly with customers and provide a positive customer experience.
• Build relationships while identifying customer needs and recommending wireless solutions.
• Assist with wireless account enrollment, updates, and customer support.
• Learn and apply sales, marketing, and customer engagement strategies through hands-on training.
• Work with mentors and management to develop sales and communication skills.
• Communicate customer feedback and sales activity with Entry Level Team Members.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and daily sales initiatives.
• Manage assigned territories and stay organized while working toward individual and team goals.
• Apply coaching and feedback to continuously improve sales and customer service performance.

Skills and Qualifications of an Entry Level Team Member:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or marketing is helpful but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working directly with customers in a face-to-face environment.
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Coachable and open to feedback and professional development.
• Reliable, positive, and professional attitude.

The Entry Level Team Member role offers hands-on experience in sales, customer service, marketing, wireless services, and account management, with training, mentorship, and opportunities for career advancement.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
