Aspire Marketing is a sales and development firm that partners with LeafGuard to introduce homeowners to innovative gutter protection solutions. We’re currently hiring an Entry Level Team Member in Sacramento to connect with local homeowners, promote LeafGuard’s products, and help generate new sales opportunities.

As an Entry Level Team Member, you’ll engage with homeowners, learn about their gutter protection needs, introduce the benefits of LeafGuard, and schedule consultations for the sales team. This is a great opportunity to build hands-on sales and communication skills, gain experience in the home improvement industry, and grow professionally in a supportive, goal-oriented environment.

Your Key Responsibilities as an Entry Level Team Member

• As an Entry Level Team Member with Aspire Marketing, you’ll introduce homeowners to LeafGuard, a practical solution that can help reduce gutter clogs and the hassle of frequent cleaning.
• Identify target markets, industries, companies, and decision-makers using databases, social media platforms, and web research.
• Reach out to homeowners in local neighborhoods to introduce LeafGuard and generate leads for the sales team.
• Ask questions about homeowners’ needs, property conditions, and plans to identify qualified sales opportunities.
• Listen to homeowners’ gutter concerns and explain how LeafGuard’s gutter protection system can help reduce clogs and routine gutter cleaning.
• Share lead details with the sales team and help coordinate timely follow-ups.
• Stay in touch with interested homeowners and maintain positive relationships as they consider their options.
• Track outreach activities and lead generation results to identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications of the Entry Level Team Member

• Background or experience in sales, market research, or lead generation is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to explain product features and benefits in a clear, relatable way.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to contribute to a team’s success.
• Strong communication and listening skills when interacting with homeowners.
• Good organizational and note-taking skills to record customer needs and maintain accurate lead information.
• Open to fresh graduates and entry-level job seekers!

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
