Entry Level Team Member

API Consulting Group is looking for a Full time Entry Level Team Member to join our team. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating clearly, and learning how to create positive customer experiences.

You’ll work directly with customers, learn about Verizon FiOS services, and develop practical experience in communication, customer service, and sales. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, personable, and willing to learn—not someone who already has everything figured out.

What You’ll Do as an Entry Level Team Member

• Welcome customers with a professional and approachable attitude
• Learn Verizon FiOS services, features, and available options so you can provide customers with accurate and simple information.
• Ask questions and actively listen to customers to better understand their needs and preferences
• Explain service options clearly and help customers navigate questions and available solutions
• Support customers throughout the enrollment process while maintaining a helpful service approach.
• Keep customer interactions, follow-ups, and daily responsibilities organized while ensuring information is handled accurately.
• Work closely with teammates to support customers, and contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

What We’re Looking For in an Entry Level Team Member

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Friendly, professional communication style
• Strong listening skills and the ability to explain information clearly.
• Willingness to learn Verizon FiOS services
• Dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a collaborative environment.
• Previous sales, retail, or customer service experience is helpful, but not required
