Entry Level Team Member

Horizon Telecom Partners is seeking an enthusiastic and team-oriented Entry Level Team Member to join our team. This position is suited to someone who enjoys interacting with people, contributing to shared goals, and learning how a business operates in a customer-focused environment.

In this role, you will support customer engagement initiatives, communicate information about available services, and collaborate with colleagues to maintain an organized and professional experience. You will also have opportunities to strengthen your communication skills, develop confidence in customer interactions, and learn effective approaches to teamwork and problem-solving.

What You'll Do as an Entry Level Team Member

• Participate in customer engagement activities by initiating professional conversations, introducing available services, and helping customers understand relevant options.
• Build positive connections with customers through active listening, clear explanations, and respectful communication tailored to their questions and needs.
• Support daily team objectives by completing assigned tasks, following established processes, and keeping activities organized and on schedule.
• Answer general customer questions, provide accurate information within the scope of your role, and connect customers with the appropriate resources when necessary.
• Work closely with colleagues to coordinate activities, communicate updates, and maintain consistent standards across customer interactions.
• Track assigned activities and maintain accurate notes or records to support follow-ups, monitor progress, and improve overall organization.
• Contribute to team development by sharing observations, applying feedback, participating in discussions, and helping identify ways to improve daily performance.

What We’re looking for in an Entry Level Team Member

• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Friendly communication style and the ability to establish rapport with customers and coworkers.
• A cooperative mindset with the ability to contribute to team goals while managing individual responsibilities.
• Strong reliability, time management, and attention to detail when completing daily assignments.
• Willingness to learn about company services, customer engagement practices, and established business procedures.
