Entry-Level Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Technician to join our dynamic Trenchless Team! As an Entry-Level Technician, you will work alongside experienced technicians and installers to learn and assist with trenchless pipe rehabilitation.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working with tools and equipment, and learning a specialized trade. No previous trenchless experience is required—we are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and an interest in developing a long-term career in the trenchless industry.

You will gain hands-on experience with specialized equipment, job-site preparation, materials, installation procedures, and the day-to-day processes involved in completing successful trenchless projects. As your skills develop, you will have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities and learn more advanced aspects of the trade.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside and assist experienced technicians and installers on trenchless pipe rehabilitation projects.
• Learn and apply trenchless installation and rehabilitation methods.
• Prepare job sites, equipment, tools, and materials for daily projects.
• Set up, operate, clean, and maintain specialized trenchless equipment under proper supervision.
• Perform pipe preparation, installation, rehabilitation, and cleanup activities.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, pumps, hoses, and other job-site equipment.
• Follow project specifications, company procedures, and safety requirements.
• Keep work areas, equipment, and vehicles clean and organized.
• Communicate effectively with team members to keep projects moving safely and efficiently.
• Develop technical skills and take on additional responsibilities as experience grows.

Requirements

• No previous trenchless experience required; On the job training provided.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn a specialized trade.
• Dependable and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
• Able to perform physical work and lift equipment or materials as needed
• Basic mechanical or construction experience is a plus.
• Able to follow directions and pay attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when needed.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 55.0 per week
