About The Role One New Creation is hiring for the Entry-Level Virtual Data Entry Clerk (Remote) role. In this position, you will enter, verify, and maintain accurate records and operational data. The work supports customer scheduling, moving-service coordination, service records, logistics support, and operational follow-up. This is a full-time, 100% remote position open to candidates throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update customer, scheduling, service, logistics, vendor, and operational information from approved forms, documents, spreadsheets, or systems used by One New Creation.
• Review entries for missing fields, duplicate records, formatting issues, and obvious inconsistencies before finalizing work.
• Update existing records and make approved corrections while preserving a clear record of changes.
• Maintain organized digital files and follow naming, version-control, and record-retention procedures.
• Complete assigned data-entry queues within established productivity and accuracy targets.
• Protect customer and company information and escalate unclear source data instead of guessing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior data-entry or office experience is helpful but not required.
• Accurate keyboarding skills and comfort working with spreadsheets, online forms, shared files, and database-style systems.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay focused during repetitive, high-volume work.
• Reliable written communication and the ability to follow detailed instructions independently.
• Reliable internet access and a quiet, secure home workspace.
• A pre-employment background check is required.
