Responsibilities

• Assist in the assembly, inspection, and testing of wafers using wafer tweezers hand tools, techniques
• Read and interpret Work instructions, SOP's and engineering drawings to ensure accurate assembly and troubleshooting
• Support electrical thermal panel building.
• Performing various wafer fab processes, Wet Etch, Dry Etch, Masking Photo operations.
• Document process steps, test results, and inspection reports accurately for quality control purposes
• Requirements
• Experience with hand tools, techniques, and electro-mechanical components is preferred but not required—training will be provided
• Ability to read electrical schematics and interpret blueprints accurately
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance in manufacturing processes
• Mechanical assembly skills with electro-mechanical parts are a plus
• Willingness to learn troubleshooting techniques related to engineering issues in a manufacturing setting
• Ability to follow safety protocols and work effectively in a cleanroom environment

Pay: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour
