As an Entry-Level Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you will introduce homeowners to premium custom window solutions, identify opportunities, and help families improve the comfort, appearance, and energy efficiency of their homes.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide training, coaching, mentorship, and a proven process. What you bring is energy, consistency, and the willingness to start conversations every day.

What You’ll Do

• Knock doors in Las Vegas neighborhoods
• Engage homeowners in professional, face-to-face conversations
• Identify homeowners who may benefit from custom window upgrades
• Generate qualified leads and schedule sales appointments
• Follow established systems and field-proven processes
• Maintain consistent daily activity
• Track conversations, appointments, and results
• Work toward weekly, monthly, and annual performance goals
• Represent Custom Deluxe Windows professionally in every neighborhood

Top-performing representatives can earn the opportunity to advance into a Sales Closer role.

As a closer, you will:

• Continue knocking doors and generating your own opportunities
• Run in-home appointments with qualified homeowners
• Present Custom Deluxe Windows’ products and solutions
• Handle questions and objections
• Guide homeowners through the buying decision
• Close and manage your own sales
• Continue building your personal pipeline through field production

Closers are still expected to knock doors. Advancement means taking on greater responsibility, running appointments, closing business, and earning more while continuing to create opportunities.

Sales Closer OTE: $200,000-$400,000

Future opportunities may include training, team leadership, and market leadership for representatives who consistently produce and help develop others.
