On the Job

Every day as an Entry Level Wireless Representative looks a little different, but here's what you can expect:

• Introduce customers to telecommunications products and solutions that fit their needs
• Start friendly, informative face-to-face conversations with prospective customers
• Ask questions to uncover what each customer actually wants
• Assist customers by explaining features, benefits, and pricing clearly
• Guide people through enrollment so the process feels smooth and easy
• Keep documentation accurate and follow company procedures
• Assist teammates in hitting daily engagement and sales targets

• High school diploma or GED (further education a plus)
• Strong communicator who can explain things simply
