What You'll Do

Your job is to help customers find wireless products and services that fit their needs.

You'll:

• Welcome customers and create a positive first impression
• Ask questions to understand what each customer needs
• Recommend products and services based on those needs
• Explain product features, benefits, and available options
• Demonstrate products and answer customer questions
• Process purchases and transactions using POS systems
• Resolve customer concerns professionally
• Maintain clean and organized product displays
• Look for opportunities to increase sales while keeping the customer experience first
