Environment Coordinator

The Environment Coordinator is responsible for defining and implementing environmental and ESG strategies, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, customer requirements, and company standards. This role leads environmental management initiatives related to energy, waste, water, and chemical control while supporting the site's sustainability objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, ESG requirements, and customer standards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain environmental and ESG policies, procedures, and programs.
• Monitor environmental performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives related to energy, waste, water, and chemical management.
• Lead implementation and certification efforts for ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and UL2799 standards.
• Develop environmental and ESG KPIs and track corrective action plans.
• Support responses to environmental compliance audits and governmental inquiries.
• Collaborate with operations and business leaders to establish sustainability goals and ESG action plans.
• Conduct environmental impact assessments and identify operational risks and vulnerabilities.
• Promote a strong environmental culture across the campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or industrial engineering required.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Minimum 2 years of experience required; 5+ years preferred.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations, ESG practices, RBA/SA8000, energy management, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and UL2799.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
