Environment Manager

Job Purpose

Support and implement the company's Environmental (OH&S) management system to ensure compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and international standards while promoting a safe and healthy workplace.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform risk assessments and recommend preventive and corrective actions..

2. Coordinate and conduct environmental training, toolbox talks, and awareness campaigns.

3. Monitor compliance with environmental regulations.

4. Support and maintain management systems such as ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22716, GMP, and HAS23000.

5. Prepare and maintain environmental reports, records, and legal documentation.

6. Coordinate with government authorities and external auditors regarding environmental matters.

7. Monitor waste management, pollution control, and environmental performance.

8. Support emergency response planning, drills, and business continuity activities.

9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.

• 5-12 years of experience in Environmental management, or At least 5 years of experience in a Supervisor or Senior Officer role.

• Good knowledge of Thai environmental laws.

• Experience with GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22716, and HAS23000.

• Good command of English (reading, writing, and speaking).

• Strong problem-solving, communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
