Environment Officer

We are seeking for Environment Officer to ensure compliance with environmental laws, minimizing organizational impact through inspections, monitoring (air, water, soil), developing protection plans, managing waste, and investigating violations, while also educating stakeholders and preparing reports for government, industry, or non-profits. Key duties involve site audits, risk assessment, advising on sustainable practices, handling emergencies, and enforcing regulations to promote cleaner, safer environments.

Responsibility:

1.   Oversee field examinations and report hazardous locations and materials.

2.   Manage environmental aspects related to processes, including wastewater treatment, air emission control, hazardous substances, and industrial waste management.

3.   Develop and recommend solutions to eliminate pollution and environmental hazards.

4.   Design and implement environmental training and awareness programs for employees.

5.   Develop and manage environmental monitoring programs to ensure regulatory compliance.

6.   Prepare clear and detailed written reports about field inspections.

7.   Prepare and submit environmental reports and regulatory filings to government authorities.

8. Ensure compliance with Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001), environmental laws, regulations, and company requirements.

REQUIREMENT:

Education:  Bachelor's degree in environmental science, Environmental Engineering, or related field.

Years of experience: 3-5 years of experience in factory environment management.

Others:

• Strong organizational, reporting, and communication skills.
• Experience in environmental compliance, hazardous waste management, and environmental monitoring.
• Experience with EHS management systems (e.g., ISO14001 & ISO45001)
• Familiarity with data analysis and environmental monitoring tools.
• Environmental control licenses are advantage.
• Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken
