Environmental & Social (E&S) Manager

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, Social Sciences,
• Natural Resources Management, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related discipline.
• Master's degree or relevant professional certification preferred.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 8 -12 years of progressive environmental and social management experience.
• At least 3 years in a senior E&S role, preferably within renewable energy, power, infrastructure, construction, or a similar project-based sector.
• Demonstrated experience overseeing E&S performance across project development, construction, commissioning, and operations.
• Practical experience with IFC Performance Standards and/or World Bank Environmental and Social Standards;
• Experience managing E&S permitting, regulatory compliance, ESIAs, stakeholder engagement, contractor E&S; management, audits, and corrective action plans.
• Experience working with lenders, independent E&S consultants, government authorities, local communities, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Philippines renewable energy, infrastructure, or power sector experience strongly preferred.

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
