About Us
Ramelius Resources is an ASX-listed gold producer with operating mines and exploration projects across Western Australia. We are on an exciting growth path, targeting 500,000 ounces of gold per annum by 2030, and that ambition creates real opportunity for our people.
We are growing, and we want you to grow as we grow. With a diverse mix of operations, projects and mining methods, you can build experience across different sites, challenges and stages of the mining lifecycle. Whether you are deepening your capability in your current role or stepping into something new, you will gain practical experience, broader exposure and the chance to grow with a business whose ambition matches yours.
At Ramelius, our success is built on people who feel valued, supported and inspired to grow. We are proud of our strong safety culture, collaborative teams and genuine sense of belonging across our sites. There has never been a better time to join us.
What We Offer
- Perth-based corporate role with flexible working arrangements
- Competitive salary with performance bonuses and additional benefits
- Health insurance rebate and wellness initiatives
- Strong support for your career, development and wellbeing
The Role
Reporting to the GM Environment and Stakeholder Engagement, you will take ownership of environmental compliance systems across the business. This is a newly created position, so there is real scope to shape how we capture, manage and report environmental data.
Working closely with our Senior Environmental Advisors and site teams, along with Legal, Finance and external providers, your work will include:
- Maintaining the company-wide compliance schedule and auditing statutory obligations, escalating emerging risks to the GM Environment
- Reviewing and analysing monitoring data in MonitorPro and flagging anomalies for investigation
- Collating sustainability, NPI and NGERS data for annual report and regulatory submissions, including MRF supporting information
- Producing a monthly report on the status of environmental monitoring data
- Maintaining environmental compliance records in ArcGIS and driving continuous improvement across data capture
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- Tertiary qualification in Environmental Science or similar, with solid working knowledge of WA environmental legislation
- A genuine interest in data, with the focus to work through detailed analysis and reporting while managing your own workload with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in ArcGIS and the Microsoft Office suite, with MonitorPro and EMS framework experience highly regarded
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across the company
