Role Overview

GreenA Consultants provides sustainability and environmental consultancy services, including environmental studies, green building certification, reporting, audits and sustainability-related technical consulting.

This position supports clients and project teams with environmental assessments, sustainability documentation and practical recommendations for improving environmental performance.

Scope of the Role

• Carry out research and assessments relating to environmental performance, sustainability and resource efficiency.
• Assist with environmental studies, audits and sustainability assessments for building and infrastructure projects.
• Gather, organise and analyse environmental, energy, water and waste-related information.
• Prepare technical reports, assessment documents, presentations and supporting project materials.
• Support Green Mark and other relevant green building certification processes.
• Review project information and identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency, water efficiency, waste management and other environmental outcomes.
• Assist in developing sustainability strategies, environmental recommendations and project action plans.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders to obtain information and follow up on technical matters.
• Participate in meetings, site visits and project assessments when required.
• Track project submissions, supporting evidence and outstanding environmental requirements.
• Keep up with relevant environmental standards, sustainability practices and certification requirements in Singapore.
• Contribute to internal reviews and quality checks of environmental and sustainability deliverables.

What You’ll Need

• Degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Building Services, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in environmental consulting, sustainability, green building, environmental assessment or a related field is preferred.
• Good understanding of environmental and sustainability principles.
• Strong research, analytical and report-writing abilities.
• Comfortable working with technical information, project documentation and data.
• Good communication skills and confidence dealing with different project stakeholders.
• Able to organise work independently and manage deadlines across several assignments.
• Familiarity with Green Mark, LEED, environmental audits, energy assessment or sustainability reporting would be an advantage.

The Working Style

This is a consultancy-based role with a combination of technical analysis, documentation, client coordination and project work. It suits someone who can work carefully with environmental information while also communicating practical recommendations clearly to project teams and clients.

Pay: $4,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
