Environmental Engineer (Senior Level)

Key Responsibilities

1. Consulting on the environment to be in accordance with the EHIA measures action plan of the Laem Chabang Port Development Project, Phase 3 (Part 2).

2. Consult and lead efforts of individual, team, client and other resources associated with project activity.

3. EHIA Weekly Audit with consultant, monitoring and corrective action

4.EHIA Monthly Audit with AEC and 3rd party, monitoring and corrective action

5. Provide advice on solving problems affecting the implementation of the project in accordance with the EHIA measures.

6. Defense and Present EHIA concern to support CHEC (Thai) construction method with Consultant/PAT/Environmental monitoring committee/Third Party/Others organization to comply with EHIA.

10. Solving with solutions in conflict of EHIA and Contract with consultant/PAT for support best beneficial of CHEC (Thai) .

11. Monitor the progress of each project stage and facilitate necessary results.

12. Contribute their operational, strategic, or technical expertise to the project.

13. Collaborate with government parties to determine EHIA parameters, develop project plans.

14. Ensure scope, schedule and are reasonable and achievable, alignment on project goals and deliverables

15. Ensure regulations have appropriate mitigation and contingency plans.

16. EHIA issue management is routinely addressed in all project management and planning meetings.

17. Management processes that commit adequate resources to ensure continual improvement to EHIA performance.

18. Plans and organizational structure that clearly identifies the hierarchy of staff responsibilities and authorities for EHIA in text and diagram

19. Coordinate with Top management and External government agencies.

Qualifications & Requirements :

✔ Professional License: Must hold a Professional Environmental Engineering License (สามัญวิศวกร).

✔ Experience: Minimum 20 years in environmental engineering, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or construction projects.

✔ Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of EIA, ISO 14001, and environmental risk management.

✔ Communication Skills: Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, government agencies, and regulatory bodies.

✔ Problem-Solving: Proven ability to analyze environmental data, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

✔ Flexibility: Willing to work onsite with flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by project schedules.
