What they need
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the project environmental team
- Implement and manage the Environmental Management Plan (EMP)
- Ensure compliance with environmental permits, regulations, and contract requirements
- Oversee erosion and sediment control measures (ESCP)
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and environmental reporting
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities
- Lead environmental incident investigations and corrective actions
- Provide environmental training to site personnel
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 10 years’ practical experience in environmental management (construction/infrastructure projects)
- CISEC / CESSWI and CePSWaM certifications (required)
- Proven experience managing erosion & sediment control programs
- Demonstrated leadership experience
