What they need
Environmental Officer (EO)
Location: Johor Bahru, Johor
Key responsibilities
- Implement and monitor the project Environmental Management Plan (EMP)
- Conduct environmental inspections and ensure site compliance with environmental requirements
- Monitor scheduled waste, erosion and sediment control, water discharge, dust and noise
- Maintain environmental records, reports and statutory documentation
- Coordinate environmental corrective and preventive actions
- Liaise with DOE/JAS/KKM, clients, consultants and relevant authorities on environmental matters
Requirements
- Possess CePEOEIA certification
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in construction projects
- Good communication, reporting and site coordination skills
- Able to work in Johor Bahru, Johor
- Experience in data centre / large-scale construction projects will be an added advantage
- Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage
