WE’RE HIRING: Environmental Project Director (Asbestos Abatement)

Territory: Southern California (Supporting our San Diego, Anaheim, and Oxnard offices)

First Onsite Property Restoration is expanding, and we are looking for a high-performing Environmental Project Director specializing in Asbestos Abatement to drive business growth across Southern California.

If you are a proven business developer with deep technical expertise in abatement, strong estimating capabilities, and an established network in SoCal, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do:

 Drive Business Growth: Actively generate your own leads and procure high-value asbestos abatement and environmental restoration projects across SoCal.

 Estimate & Pitch: Prepare accurate, competitive project estimates and present winning proposals to commercial clients, property managers, and facility owners.

Territory Expansion: Build strong, lasting relationships while collaborating closely with our teams in San Diego, Anaheim, and Oxnard.

End-to-End Leadership: Oversee projects from procurement through execution, ensuring high safety standards, compliance, and client satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience estimating and procuring environmental/asbestos abatement projects.

Demonstrated ability to self-generate sales leads and consistently hit or exceed revenue targets.

Strong existing network of commercial real estate, insurance, or facility management contacts in Southern California.

In-depth knowledge of local, state, and federal environmental regulations (SCAQMD, Cal/OSHA, EPA).
