Job Summary

The Environmental Science / Environmental Engineer is responsible for managing the farm's environmental compliance, permits, licenses, and pollution control programs. The role ensures that farm operations comply with applicable environmental regulations and standards, while supporting proper waste management, pollution prevention, monitoring, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or any related course

• Experience in environmental compliance, pollution control, waste management, or agricultural operations is an advantage

• Knowledge of environmental permits, licenses, compliance requirements, and pollution control practices

• Familiarity with environmental monitoring, documentation, and regulatory reporting

• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and coordination skills

• Detail-oriented and able to work independently in a farm environment

• Willing to be assigned and stay-in at Janiuay, Iloilo

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the farm's environmental permits, licenses, and other regulatory requirements

• Ensure compliance with applicable environmental laws, regulations, and standards

• Monitor and support the implementation of pollution control and environmental management programs within the farm

• Coordinate environmental monitoring activities, inspections, and compliance requirements with concerned personnel and regulatory agencies

• Maintain accurate and updated records, reports, permits, and other environmental compliance documents

• Monitor proper waste management, disposal, and pollution prevention practices within the farm

• Identify environmental compliance gaps and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions

• Coordinate with farm operations and other concerned departments to ensure consistent implementation of environmental policies and requirements
