Responsibilities

• Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of assigned areas, including resident rooms, common areas, and restrooms.
• Properly handle and dispose of waste materials in accordance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Support the maintenance team with routine inspections and minor repairs as needed.
• Operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Follow established protocols for infection control and hazardous material handling.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Environmental Service Maintenance Assistant or in a similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.
