**What You’ll Do

As an** Environmental Service Associate **you’ll help ensure that The Friendly Home is clean, comfortable, safe, and inviting for our residents and guests.

Your responsibilities will include:**

• Cleaning resident apartments, rooms, patio homes, and common areas
• Vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and maintaining floors and other surfaces
• Changing linens and replenishing supplies such as soap and paper products
• Performing carpet spotting, shampooing, window washing, and other specialty cleaning as needed
• Responding to special or unscheduled cleaning requests
• Working collaboratively with other departments while providing services in residents’ living areas
• Identifying and reporting maintenance or repair needs
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the community
• Following established safety, sanitation, and housekeeping procedures
• Providing friendly, respectful, and professional service to residents, families, coworkers, and visitors

**What We’re Looking For

Experience: 3+ years of housekeeping or related experience preferred. Senior living, hospitality, hotel, healthcare, or environmental services experience is a plus.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent, or currently working toward one.

The salary range is a reflection of many similar like positions and your actual compensation may not be at the high or low end of the range but will be based on your unique skills and other criteria mentioned.
