Environmental Services Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Environmental Services Manager to lead and oversee all cleaning, sanitation, and custodial operations within our facility. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that all areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene, fostering a healthy environment for staff, visitors, and clients alike. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold safety regulations, and maintain exceptional service quality across all cleaning disciplines. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations across multiple departments, including industrial cleaning, hospitality, and janitorial services.
• Lead and motivate a team of custodial staff, ensuring effective staff supervision, training, and development to meet operational goals.
• Develop and implement comprehensive cleaning & sanitation management procedures aligned with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Monitor compliance with health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
• Oversee the management of laundry services, hotel housekeeping tasks, and other specialized cleaning functions as required.
• Maintain high customer service standards by addressing client needs promptly and professionally.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards are consistently met or exceeded.

Experience

• Proven supervisory experience in custodial services or industrial cleaning environments.
• Extensive janitorial experience with a strong understanding of commercial cleaning practices.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing teams within hospitality or hotel housekeeping settings is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management best practices.
• Experience in managing large-scale cleaning operations including laundry services or hospitality environments preferred.
• Strong managerial communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
• Prior management or supervisory roles that showcase team supervision, leadership capabilities, and management expertise.

Pay: $68,100.00 - $82,100.00 per year
