What they need
We are seeking a dependable, self-motivated individual to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming community. Duties include cleaning common areas, offices, restrooms, elevators, and shared spaces; assisting with laundry; preparing vacant apartments; and supporting other cleaning needs as assigned.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and takes initiative without constant supervision.
Pay: $19.00 per hour
