Reporting to the Environmental Services Manager, this role is the first line of defense for guest comfort, combining hands-on cleaning with proactive facility care. The position exists to provide the best guest experience possible through a well-kept plaza, clean restrooms, tidy waste receptacles, and general cleanliness, guest safety, and satisfaction. Excellence in Execution
- Perform comprehensive cleaning operations, including vacuuming, dusting, and carpet care, throughout base area facilities.
- Maintain restrooms, loading bays, storage closets, and other specialized areas to the highest cleanliness and sanitation standards.

- Complete end-of-night cleaning of the dining rooms after service, and assist with trash checks when needed.
- Complete grounds maintenance, including mowing, weeding, and landscape care, to keep outdoor spaces inviting.
- Maintain supply inventory and restock stations to support uninterrupted guest service.
Attitude is Everything
- Maintain cleanliness standards and promptly address potential hazards to protect guests and team members.
Develop Great People
- Provide assistance to other departments as needed during peak operations and special circumstances.
Serve First
- Support workplace safety programs and follow safety-conscious practices at all times.

- Responsibly manage departmental keys and follow building security procedures.
- Meet service level objectives and departmental goals set by management.
