1) SUMMARY OF DUTIES

Responsible for answering routes telephone calls from internal and external customers.

2) JOB DESCRIPTION

• Answers and routes incoming calls.
• Performs database retrieval for directory information.
• Assists callers in identifying needs and then routing calls appropriately.
• Reports PABX console/computer problems to supervisor.
• Updates and maintains staff directory to ensure accurate delivery of
• information.
• Provides information obtained from a variety of sources to field questions from the public regarding departments, phone numbers, operational hours, etc.
• Provide training for new operators or on-call substitutes.
• To make announcement when necessary.
• Other ad-hoc task assign by Superior.

2) JOB REQUIREMENT

• Minimum SPM.
• Able to work on shift and weekends.
• Answer incoming calls politely and promptly.
• Rotation work from operator to front desk.
