EOI - HSEQ and Trainer

Iron Mine Contracting (IMC) is a fast-growing Western Australian civil and mining contractor, delivering major projects for Tier 1 clients across WA. As our business continues to expand, we are seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced HSEQ & Training Professionals for potential future opportunities within our Workshop Operations and project teams anticipated in late 2026 and early 2027.

Opportunities May Include

• Workshop HSEQ & Training Advisor (Perth Based)
• Trainer & Assessor (FIFO)

About You To be successful, you'll bring:

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Trainer & Assessor within mining, civil, construction, maintenance, or heavy industry
• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent)
• Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of training compliance, competency management, and HSEQ principles
• Experience delivering practical and classroom-based training, including VOC assessments
• Current mobile plant RII competencies and hands-on operating experience across mining and civil equipment
• Exposure to HSEQ systems, risk management, auditing processes, and incident investigations (ICAM highly regarded)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Current C Class Driver's Licence
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
