EOI - Technical Services Group (TSG) Head

At least 7 years of experience in the property management industry.

Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience and/or training and min 5 years’ experience in managerial level. Knowledge and understanding of asset maintenance CMMS systems i.e. IBM Maximo, FaciliWorks, etc.

Experience in managing to a P/L

Certifications/licenses as may be required by local or state jurisdictions, where applicable

Tertiary qualification in either Electrical or Mechanical Engineering discipline. Licensed Engineer is preferred.
