Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, preferably in molding, assembly, or backend processes.
• Understanding of PLCs, servo systems, motors, sensors, hydraulic, pneumatics, and electrical controls is an advantage.
• Experience in equipment qualification, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and reliability improvement.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead in EOL assembly equipment guru programs, develop guru program training material and manage the skills matrix, training & development of the technicians.
• Analyze and provide innovative solutions to EOL assembly chronic issues (damaged strip, strip warpage, mold flash, etc.).
• Through troubleshooting, identify machine malfunctions and isolate the failure mechanism on EOL assembly equipment major down.
• Analyze equipment malfunctions and failures and develop corrective actions accordingly.
• Drive equipment automation, capability, restoration, upgrade, and stability to improve yield, quality, lead time & cost.
